Solving errors during SAP PO ports creation

If you encounter any error during the port creation in IFTT Wizard, you can check the detailed error in tcode SRT_LOG:

In most cases the errors would be following:

Missing connectivity
not enough authorization level for SAP PO communication user
too old SAP PI version (SP 7.1 < SP9)

Please note that the SAP PI Java stack monitoring API is available in SAP PI 7.1 from SP9 onwards (SAP Note 1373289). In such a case, you can bypass the creation of the ports, but it would not be possible to test adapter modules on Java adapters.
