RFC Configuration
Following RFC type G destinations have to be configured for testing Azure Logic Apps:
Azure Token Destination ( assigned using parameter AZ_DESTT)
Target host: login.microsoftonline.com
Service No.: 443
Path Prefix: /{tenant ID}/oauth2/token
Azure API Destination ( assigned using parameter AZ_DESTA)
Target host: management.azure.com
Service No.: 443
Path Prefix: leave empty
