USE:
The object variables settings define how variables defined on Businnes Object Definition level are processed during test case execution.
Variables are used to create new reference numbers in test documents and to pass values between dependent test cases. Each object can define up to 5 variables.
Following processing options are available:
Parameter Name | Description |
---|---|
X | Generate negative randomized reference - variable value is replaced by negative random number |
U | Leave value from original document - variable value is left without any changes |
1 | Get variable 1 from predecessor case - variable value is copied from predecessor test case |
2 | Get variable 2 from predecessor case - variable value is copied from predecessor test case |
3 | Get variable 3 from predecessor case - variable value is copied from predecessor test case |
4 | Get variable 4 from predecessor case - variable value is copied from predecessor test case |
5 | Get variable 5 from predecessor case - variable value is copied from predecessor test case |
N | generate number from number range -variable value is generated based on number range |
